The coffee is first grown under massive Ensete banana trees that provide beautiful shade for the plants, while high-altitude and pesticide-free cultivation further adds to its exceptional quality. It’s then processed using the natural method, traditional to Ethiopia, where whole cherries are dried on African beds in the sun, thus enhancing the coffee’s natural sweetness.
