Part of the limited edition Treat Selection, it is ethically sourced from the Guji region, one of the youngest coffee-growing regions in Ethiopia that’s home to plenty of small-scale farms, and has been processed using the red honey extraction method, which results in its naturally sweet profile.

True to its name, the coffee comes from the Uruga region, part of the Guji zone in Ethiopia, where you’ll find plenty of small organic farms that bring their freshly-picked coffee beans to “washing stations” where coffees are then selected, categorised and processed; each station can serve hundreds of small farmers in the surrounding area. This is where Samurai Shoelace has sourced their ethical and traceable coffee, which has been processed with the red honey extraction method, giving the final product a naturally sweet profile.
