Blooming brilliant

Bloom & Brew is a signature feature for the Morning Machine. By manipulating pressure profiles, we first infuse the capsule with a small amount of water, wetting the coffee grounds to allow for more even extraction. Pre-infusion time varies from coffee to coffee to optimise extraction and this process mimics that of a pourover brewer like the V60.

The OLED screen coupled with the dial mechanism allows intuitive integration with the Machine’s features.

Our Italian-made water pump feeds water into two distinct solenoids and spouts for a separate coffee and water output

We've developed a program which delivers water in different pressure profiles by controlling output power with duty cycles.

We've added not one, but two thermosensors, coupled with a customised PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) algorithm and NTC sensor that ensures water temperature is accurate to 1.5°C.
Water quality
The Morning Machine is the only non-commercial capsule machine with a TDS reader, allowing you to monitor water quality - which is essential for coffee brewing.

Can I return or refund the Morning Machine?

Returns or exchange of goods will be facilitated within 7 days from goods receipt under the following conditions:

(1) The product is not in working condition before purchase date, or (2) there is a discrepancy between ordering and delivery, and on the conditions that (i) such product is still in its original package, and (ii) is accompanied by the relevant original invoice issued within the same country.

How is the Morning Machine different from the other capsule machines?
