Founded in 2023 by three-time Malaysian Barista Champion Keith Koay, seven years after he opened his first café, One Half x Ilaika, the roastery sources seasonal coffees that express their terroir and variety, with a roasting philosophy that highlights their natural flavours and origins. The result: aromatic, clean, sweet and acidity-forward cups that celebrate what they love about specialty coffee.
