Born out of resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic, Phoenix Coffee Roastery was founded by Yat on the small, car-free island of Peng Chau in Hong Kong, where a humble bike coffee project gradually evolved into a full-fledged roasting company. Inspired by the iconic Shanghai Phoenix bike brand, Yat built his roastery around the belief that coffee should be casual and accessible to everyone.
