The name 'Brily' comes from a combination of Brazil, lily, and brûlerie, which stands for 'roaster' in French. Here, Brazilian coffee is carefully roasted from natural-processed yellow bourbon single-lot green beans, evoking notes of vanilla, dried fruit, nuts, crème brûlée, and the toasty aroma of roasted rice candy.

This coffee is produced in the Carmo de Minas in Brazil, a region internationally recognised for their high quality, high scores and characteristics of their “terroir”, in competitions such as the Cup of Excellence. The Fazenda Irmãs Pereira farm, in particular, has been established since the early 1970s, currently owned by a pair of sisters who chose to continue the long-standing family business. They’ve since invested in the production of specialty coffees and in new ways of processing coffee: Honey, Double Pass, Chuveirinho, Natural unwashed and Fermented.
